FAQs
How to use a fire blanket?
To use a fire blanket, hold it by the fabric straps or edges, and carefully unfold it without shaking. Place it gently over the fire to cover the flames completely, cutting off the oxygen supply. If using it on a person, wrap them in the blanket to extinguish the flames. Leave the blanket in place for at least 15 minutes to ensure the fire is fully out. Always call emergency services after using a fire blanket.
